All appointments require a minimum £50 non refundable booking fee.
Without this, appointments will not be secured. This will then be used redeemed against your consultation/treatments.
All appointments require 7 working days notice prior to transferring your appointment.
Your booking fee will then be transferred to future appointments made.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 72 hours notice, you will be expected to pay half the treatment cost you booked for.
If you cancel your appointment on the day or are a no show, you will be expected to pay the full amount of the treatment booked as a prescription has been specifically ordered for you.
Should you miss your Botox top up appointment, this may be rebooked if able to do so in a timely manner however will have an additional cost of £50 per area.
By paying the booking fee, you are confirming you are happy with these terms and conditions.
From the beginning of November through to the end of January, no appointment swapping without the loss of your booking fee.

I want to come with a friend — does YAZ AESTHETICS offer package deals?
Yes Yaz aesthetics offer package deals. Follow our Instagram for the latest packages and deals. Yaz aesthetics every month or so offer deals to ensure each client can get the treatment they desire.
Which payment methods does YAZ AESTHETICS accept?
Yaz aesthetics accepts payments via card or cash. Deposit is usually taken prior to attending appointment and is deducted off from your treatment on the day you arrive.
Does YAZ AESTHETICS take models on and what are the prices?
Yaz aesthetics accepts models and charge a discount rate off from prices. Lookout for model offers on instagram. To be our model we require your consent to take before and after photos/videography during procedures to be posted on social media/educational purposes. Deposit is usually taken prior to attending appointment and is deducted off from your treatment on the day you arrive.
